The site

This website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Content may change, move or be removed. We try to keep it accurate, and anything that is not ready yet is labelled as such.

Early access

Indelis is early-access software. It may contain defects, and interfaces or data formats may change between versions; where a migration is needed, we ship one.

Keep backups regardless. Your vault is plain Markdown files, so backing it up is deliberately easy.

Source & access

Indelis is in private early access; the product’s source is not currently public. These terms govern this website. Access to the self-hosted stack is granted to approved early-access users.

No warranty, limited liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and the software are provided without warranty of any kind, and we are not liable for damages arising from their use.

Verify claims that matter to you against your own sources — that is rather the point of the product.

Trademarks

“Indelis” and the Indelis wordmark identify this project. Do not use them in a way that implies we endorse your product or fork. Honest reference — “works with Indelis”, “a fork of Indelis” — is fine.

Changes

We may revise these terms; the date at the top identifies the current version. Substantive changes will be announced in the news section.
